2020 NFL Offensive Linemen Expert Analysis

Okay MYBookie NFL betting community, when it comes to winning and losing in today’s pass-happy NFL, more often than not, it all boils don to the play of the league’s unsung heroes – offensive linemen. The guys up front, both protect the quarterback while providing opportunities to find success on the ground. With that thought in mind and Week 4 of the 2020 regular season at hand, this look at the league’s highest graded offensive linemen could help you in your quest to cash in early against their NFL odds and often over the course of the coming week of action.

NFL Betting Analysis – Ranking the Highest-Graded Offensive Linemen

Kansas City Chiefs

The Chiefs rank first in pass protection and have allowed Patrick Mahomes to be sacked just two times in three weeks. Kansas City ranks a modest 16th in run blocking even though rookie running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire currently ranks sixth in rushing yards (240). Tackle Mitchell Schwartz is at or near the top of every statistical category for tackles.

Tennessee Titans

The Titans ranks second in pass protection with quarterback Ryan Tannehill suffering just three sacks in three games. Tennessee also ranks 12t in run blocking even though powerful running back Derrick Henry leads the NFL in rushing yards with 319, heading into Week 4.

Green Bay Packers

Green Bay ranks third in pass protection as future Hall of Fame quarterback Aaron Rodgers has been brought down just twice heading into Week 4. When it comes to run blocking, the Packers rank first in run blocking with running back Aaron Jones ranked second in rushing yards (303).

New Orleans Saints

The Saints rank a stellar fourth in pass protection with sure-fire Hall of Famer Drew Brees going down just three times heading into Week 4. Unfortunately, New Orleans ranks a far more modest 15th in run blocking. Tackle Ryan Ramczyk is among the top-rated tackles in the league while fellow tackle Terron Armstead also grades out a s Top-1o tackle.

Indianapolis Colts

The Colts rank fifth in pass protection with veteran gunslinger Philip Rovers getting sacked just three times in three starts. Indianapolis ranks a modest 18th in run blocking, even though I’m predicting rookie running back Jonathan Taylor to turn into a genuine superstar at some point in the near future.

Dallas Cowboys

Dallas ranks sixth in pass protection even though quarterback Dak Prescott has been sacked six times in three games. The Cowboys rank an equally impressive ninth in run blocking as running back Ezekiel Elliot ranks an identical ninth in rushing (219 yards).

Other top-ranked tackles include Green Bay’s David Bakhtiari, Ravens tackle Ronnie Stanley, Philadelphia’s Lane Johnson and Dallas tackle Tyron Smith. At guard, Indy’s Quenton Nelson, Dallas’ Zack Martin and Tampa Bay’s Ali Marpet get the top three grades. Rounding out my top five tackles are New England’s Joe Thuney and Pittsburgh’s David DeCastro.
