In the last head-to-head, the Panamanians upset the Americans 1-0. But we’ve got to believe the United States bounces back with a great effort. USA wins this by at least 2 goals.

If Honduras offers decent odds at +1 ½ goals, go ahead and back the home team. If Mexico isn’t an underlay to win straight up, back El Tri on the moneyline. The odds should make Honduras playable on the handicap. So that’s the recommendation.
