With all that said, it’s time we take a look at both the Giants and Cowboys so you can get ready to bet against their NFL odds.

NFL Betting Preview for Giants vs Cowboys

New York Giants Betting Preview: Danny Dimes and Giants Come Up Big

The New York Giants finally got in the win column last Sunday when they took it to Jameis Winston and the Saints at the Superdome. Daniel Jones and the offense is starting to heat up, Danny Dimes dropped 402 yards and the offense put together 485 altogether. The G-men fed Saquan Barkely as well and he got in the endzone for the first time in 2021.

The best part is the offense is only getting better as the passing attack was even more dangerous with the addition of first-round pick Kadarius Toney. Even more impressive, Daniel Jones and the Giants overcame an 11-point deficit and secured a victory on the road. They’ll have to do the same as the head to face Dallas and a solid Dallas team.

The same cannot be said about the Giants defense however. The defensive unit isn’t giving opponents any trouble on both sides of the ball. The pass defense is allowing opponents a QBR rating of 106 and are second to last in completion percentage. Additionally, the run defense will also be put to the test as they have allowed 4.5 yards per run and 170 total rushing yards per game. They will have to overcome a powerful one-two punch from Dallas.

Dallas Cowboys Betting Preview: Dak Is Back

The NFC East title is there for the taking for Dallas as they are proving to be one of the top contenders in the NFC. Dak Prescott and the Cowboy offense have been nothing short of electric so far in 2021. Dak Prescott has thrown for 1,066 yards this season and has thrown 7 touchdowns and no interceptions in his last two games. Additionally, he’s leading a star-studded offense to 31.5 points per game.

The running game is just as elite with Dallas developing a powerful one-two punch with Zeke Elliot and Tony Pollard. The lethal pass game has opened up holes in the running attack and Zeke ate last game with 143 yards and a touchdown.

A big question will be if the Dallas Cowboys can stop Daniel Jones. The Dallas defense is one of the most improved units in the league as they were last in virtually every defensive category last year. However, in 2021 the defense has played exceptionally especially last week when they recorded five sacks.

Trevon Diggs has been the breakout star as the cornerback has an interception in every game and leads the league with five total. Be that as it may, Dallas struggled containing Sam Darnold conceding two touchdowns on the ground and Daniel Jones is an even better runner. They’ll look to force Jones in the pocket and put him on the ground.

Betting Lines & Odds

MyBookie has the Dallas Cowboys as the -7 home favorite, and you can grab the over/under total at 52 points.

Giants vs. Cowboys Prediction

The Giants are starting to piece together their offense and could cause some problems for the Dallas defense on Sunday especially if Daniel Jones uses his legs. On the other hand, the Giants’ defense will have their hands full with Dak Prescott and a potent balanced attack on offense.

This should be a high-scoring affair and I expect a shootout. However, I like the Cowboys in this one. Not only do they have a high octane offense, but their defense has been swarming and creating turnovers. The Cowboys have won their last three games and are playing at home. The Giants won’t be able to keep pace in this one.
