Titan FC 71: Kilburn Vs Alqaisi Betting Preview | MMA Analysis

Richie Lewis Vs Ernesto Rodriguez

The evening begins with a pair of Lightweight fighters new to the pro game stepping into the octagon. These guys have just 3 professional fights between the, so a tough one to handicap. Lewis had to go all the way to get the decision in in his lone fight, while Rodriguez has wins in both of his pro fights to date. The difference here is that Lewis stated with Titan FC, which should serve him well here. I like Lewis to get the decision win.

Devon Dixon Vs Brandon Lopez

Next up we have the Welterweights, with one of these fighters looking to keep his unbeaten record intact in the early part of his pro career. That fighter would be Devon Dixon, who comes into this one with a 3-0 record and all without needing to go beyond the first round. Lopez is 3-1 and bounced back to get a win last time out after taking his first pro loss. It could be back to losing ways, though, as I like Dixon to get this one finished early.

Nate Marquardt Vs Michael Cora

This Middleweight bout is an interesting one, as it pits a season veteran against a fighter who is struggling to get going in the early stages of his career. Marquardt has been around the block a bit and comes into this event with a 35-19-2 record. He has, though, lost 4 of his last 5 fights. Cora has seen his career take a downward turn, as he too has lost 4 of his last 5 to fall to 5-5 overall. I think experience wins out here, as I have Marquardt by KO.

Ryan Kuse Vs Amir Naser Kazemi

This Bantamweight fight as the co-main event of the night and will allow us to get a look at an exciting up and coming fighter. Kuse has looked very good in the first 3 fights of his pro career, winning 2 of those 3 bouts inside the opening 2 rounds. Kazemi started out his pro career with a win, but comes into this one, which will be his first fight under the Titan FC banner, on the heels of a loss. I like Kuse to get a quick KO win.

Andrew Whitney Vs Ali AlQaisi

By the time the night is over, one of these men will leave the octagon with the vacant Featherweight title filled. This might not be the best time for Whitney to step into the octagon with the title on the line, as he has now lost 2 in a row, as well as 3 of his last 5 fights to fall to 16-8. AlQaisi saw a 5-fight win streak snapped by back-to-back losses, but he bounced back with a win last time out. I like AlQaisi to come out of this one as the champ.
