NHL Parlay Betting Picks: Florida, Nashville, Carolina Looking to Extend their Lead

As we head into a new week in the NHL, it is tough to get a handle on the true standings. Yes, we can clearly see which teams are sitting atop their respective divisions, but that only represents a small part of the story. With so many games postponed due to COVID over the last few weeks, and even more coming this week, there are a few teams who have played 5 games or more less than the division leaders. It’s true that having the points in the bag is better than games in hand, but what it all means is that we are going to see some changes in the standings once we are all caught up. Let’s now look ahead to this week’s schedule and make some parlays for the next few days so you can bet against the NHL odds.

Parlay Picks to Wager On From Jan. 11th to 13th | NHL Betting

NHL Parlay – Tuesday – Panthers, Lightning, Sharks

The Florida Panthers continue to maintain a slender lead atop the Atlantic Division after going 6-3-1 in their last 10 games. They have a tough one on Tuesday, with the Vancouver Canucks, who are 8-1-1 in their last 10 coming to town. I like Florida at home.

The Tampa Bay Lightning are tied on points with Florida at the top of the division and are also 6-3-1 in their last 10 games. They will hit the road on Tuesday to face the Buffalo Sabres, who are on a 5-game losing skid coming into this week.

The Sharks are doing all they can to get themselves into the top 3, and the automatic playoff spot, in the Pacific Division, winning 2 in a row to get to .500 in their last 10. They will host the Detroit Red Wings, who have just 3 wins in their last 10 games.

NHL Parlay – Wednesday – Bruins, Stars, Maple Leafs

There are only 3 games on the Wednesday schedule, but I have a team that I really like in each of those games. The Boston Bruins will host the Montreal Canadiens, a team that they beat 5-2 earlier this season.

It has been a tough inaugural season for the Seattle Kraken, and I don’t see things getting that much better anytime soon. They are on a 5-game losing skid coming into this week, and while the Dallas Stars have not been great, I like them to win on home ice.

The Maple Leafs are losing a little ground in the race for the top spot in the Atlantic Division, but they are still a very respectable 6-2-2 in their last 10 games. I like them to win comfortably on the road in Arizona on Wednesday night.

NHL Parlay – Thursday – Hurricanes, Blues, Predators

While they ended last week with a loss, the Carolina Hurricanes have been on fire of late, going 8-1-1 in their last 10 games. Columbus is just 3-6-1 in their last 10 games and are a poor 5-11-0 on the road. That all adds up to a Carolina win.

With back-to-back wins to end the week and a 7-2-1 record in their last 10, the Blues are making a charge at the top spot in the Central Division. I hate to keep piling on the Kraken, but they look to be in trouble with this visit to St. Louis.

It is the Nashville Predators who are currently holding off the Blues at the top of the Central, and they will look to maintain their lead this week. I like them to pick up both points on Thursday night when they host the Buffalo Sabres.
