College Basketball Parlay Betting Picks for the Weekend: Michigan vs Michigan State Rivalry Game

With the NFL season slowing down and only three games left, college basketball is on the main stage on Saturdays and the weekends. There are plenty of big games this weekend and plenty of opportunities to make money. We have picked a few games to look at to make a parlay or to add to a parlay, let’s take a look so you can bet against their NCAA Basketball odds

College Basketball Weekend Parlay Picks

Duke Blue Devils vs Louisville Cardinals

The Duke Blue Devils hit the road to Kentucky to take on the Louisville Cardinals on Saturday. This is the first college game of the day that is one the busy slate, and it features an ACC matchup. Duke, ranked ninth in the polls, is looking to continue their good play and Louisville is trying to find the light at the end of the tunnel after firing their coach.

Duke comes into the game with an overall record of 16-3 and a 6-2 conference record. They are 4-1 in their last five games, with the one loss being in overtime against Florida State. Paolo Banchero leads the Blue Devils this season with an average of 17.9 points per game and 7.9 rebounds per game. The Blue Devils have three players who are averaging double-digit points.

It has been a rough year for Louisville to this point. They hit rock bottom this last week with the firing of their head coach. Chris Mack was relieved of his position after a 11-9 start to the season but losing five of their last six games. The Cardinals currently sit in the middle of the pack in the ACC standings.

This is a game that Duke can take advantage of a struggling team and to where they can continue to build as a team this season. We are thinking of a point spread less than 10 and Duke should be able to cover that.

Michigan Wolverines vs Michigan State Spartans

Is there anything better than a rivalry matchup in college basketball? This is a heated rivalry between the two major Michigan teams, the Michigan Wolverines and the Michigan State Spartans. Michigan State has climbed the ranks to #10 in the AP Poll and Michigan is outside the rankings. This game is scheduled for a 12:30 p.m. tip-off on CBS.

Michigan comes into this game off a win against Northwestern on Wednesday night. The Wolverines came from behind late in the game to win against the Wildcats. As expected, Hunter Dickinson has been the one leading the way for Michigan. Dickinson averages 16.5 points per game and 8.4 rebounds to lead the Wolverines.

Michigan State comes in off a loss to a short-handed Illinois team. The Spartans are 3-2 in their last five games but have lost two of their last three. The Spartans are looking for a bounce-back game after a rough outing on Tuesday against the Illini. Gabe Brown leads the Spartans in scoring with 13.4 points per game.

At home after a bad loss, this is a chance for Michigan State to bounce back. This line will be very small between the two teams, but with everything on the line, Michigan State will win this game. The Spartans need a good performance from Max Christie and they will get one on Saturday.

Kentucky Wildcats vs Kansas Jayhawks

Two of college basketball’s blue bloods face off on Saturday night. In the final matchup of our parlay for the weekend, the Kentucky Wildcats travel to Lawrence, Kansas to take on the Jayhawks. This big-time showdown is set for a 6 p.m. tip-off on ESPN.

The Kentucky Wildcats come in as the #12 team in the nation. They have a record of 16-4 and have won four of their last five games. They beat Mississippi State in overtime on Wednesday night, before getting ready for this big game. Oscar Tshiebwe has been a beast for the Wildcats this year, averaging 16.3 points per game and 15.2 rebounds per game.

Kansas won arguably one of the best games we have seen all year on Monday night. The Jayhawks went toe to toe with the Red Raiders of Texas Tech. That game went into two overtimes, where the Jayhawks outlasted Texas Tech for the win. In that game and for the season, Ochai Agbaji led the way. He averages 21.3 points per game and 5 rebounds per game.

Kansas is starting to play their best basketball recently, but they face a very tall Kentucky team. The Jayhawks will have their hands full with Tshiebwe, but the offensive play from Kansas will dictate this game. Christian Braun and Agbaji will be big for the Jayhawks in the win on Saturday.
