Must Bet NFL Games in Week 14 in 2020

This is the stage of the season when you really need to start paying attention to the schedule if you plan on wagering. The NFL has flex games whose times can change, and while there is always plenty of notice, you need to stay on the ball to ensure that you do not miss a start time and a potential winning wager. By now, we should all have a pretty good handle on every team in the league, and while that tends to make handicapping individual games a little easier, we all know from experience that upsets are a very big part of the sports world. Even when a game looks like a slam dunk, you still need to put in the time to really dig deep and see if an underdog might just get the win. Let’s take a closer look at some of the bigger games on the Week 14 NFL schedule so you can bet on their NFL odds.

2020 NFL Betting Preview for Games in Week 14

New England Patriots at LA Rams

One of the first things that we all look at when the NFL schedule is released are the primetime games. The hope is that we get some great matchups in those games, and you have to say that Week 14 kicks off with a very good looking game on Thursday night. The new look New England Patriots will head west to face an LA Rams team in a game that may well have playoff implications for both. These are a pair of teams that are a little iffy in terms of their prospects this season, although you could certainly make a case for both of them to be playoff bound.

Kansas City Chiefs at Miami Dolphins

At first glance, this looks like one of those games that is an easy addition to a parlay, as the Kansas City Chiefs are almost certainly going to be clear favorites for this one. It’s also one of those games where you get the sense that an upset might be brewing. We have a pretty solid idea of what we are going to get from the Super Bowl champions this season, but there are a lot of people who feel that the Dolphins might be a bit of a surprise package this year. It will be interesting to see whether the Dolphins have switched to Tua Tagovailoa at QB by this stage of the season.

Minnesota Vikings at Tampa Bay Buccaneers

These are a pair of teams that we have mentioned regularly in our weekly previews for the season, and for very good reason. With 7 teams now making the playoffs in each conference, the belief is that both of these teams will be in the playoff hunt at this stage of the season. Both might also be vying for the top spot in their division, which would certainly help with seeding once the postseason gets underway. This is definitely one of the better matchups on the Week 14 schedule.

Baltimore Ravens at Cleveland Browns

One team that we have not give a lot of attention to thus far, but who could well be in the playoff picture, is the Cleveland Browns. They have a new head coach at the helm and a very decent list of key players on their squad. The hope is that they can set aside their serious lack of discipline, which hurt them time and again last season, and finally live up to their potential. This will be a very good test of where they are at this year.
